This competition volleyball net is fitted with a 6 mm Kevlar tension cable. Kevlar is known for its high tensile strength and is used in applications where a strong yet lightweight cable is required. Compared with steel, Kevlar offers greater tensile strength while remaining more flexible and safer to handle. As a result, the net maintains reliable tension during both training sessions and competitive matches.
For a neat finish, the net is fitted with PVC bands along the top, sides and bottom. An additional tension cord at the bottom helps maintain even tension across the full width and height of the net. The material is also UV-resistant, making the net suitable for outdoor use.
