Sustainable and responsible

In terms of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we at Erhard Sport are continuing to grow and learn. 
We can demonstrate this with an ISO 1400-1 certificate and CSR certification performance ladder level 3.  

A few examples of CSR at Erhard Sport:
 
  • We require our suppliers to have a 'no child labour' certificate.
  • We support the Sports for Children Foundation.
  • We are working to reduce energy, paper and water consumption.
  • We use FSC® and PEFC-certified wood.
  • Our products have a very long lifespan.
  • We provide safe workplaces.

Both children and elite athletes should be able to trust our gymnastics equipment with their eyes closed. This is why they meet the highest safety requirements. All products are extensively tested and vetted by our own experts. And externally, among others, by the inspection body TÜV and by the international gymnastics federation (FIG). We also offer aftercare in the form of maintenance contracts.

The wood in our products is sustainably sourced. Our products bear the FSC® or PEFC logo. In addition to using sustainable wood, our paper, cardboard, mats, sleeves and our coating are also purchased based on their good environmental properties. Furthermore, we prevent harm to the environment by designing and manufacturing equipment with a long lifespan.

Sports for Children Sports for Children

Children in countries with lower levels of wealth, such as Eastern Europe and Africa, also need exercise through sports and games. Unfortunately, they often do not have the right resources. The Sports for Children Foundation is committed to changing that. Via the ABEO Group, Erhard Sport supports this foundation.
