1. How can I place an order?
To place an order through this website, you must be logged into your account. You can log in throughout the ordering process.
The ordering process consists of the following steps:
- At the desired product, click 'Place in basket'.
- If you want to order more, then click 'Continue shopping'.
- If all the desired products are in your shopping basket, click on 'I'm going to order'. In the basket, you can change the desired quantities or remove a product.
- Enter a discount code if you have one.
- There are some tips on the left-hand side of the basket. These products may be of interest to you.
- Before paying, log in with your existing account (or create a new account).
- Check your details.
- You will receive a preliminary confirmation of receipt on your screen and in your mailbox.
- Within 3 working days, you will receive a final order confirmation from us.
2. How do I create a personal account?
Creating a personal account is easy.
- In the top-right corner, click on 'Become a customer'.
- Fill in the details requested.
- At the bottom of the page, click on 'Create account and log in.'
- As of now, you have a personal account.
Please note:
Keep a note of your login details. Your password and e-mail address are stored encrypted for security reasons. This means that you alone have access to your account.
3. How can I pay securely?
All data and payment transactions on this website are conducted through a secure and Geotrust-certified SSL process. We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card and PayPal. When placing your order, please select one of these payments. We normally ask for payment in advance.
4. How does the quote basket work?
You can easily share your wish list for products with colleagues, friends or executives using the quote basket (quote list). To do this, click on 'Share quote basket'. Of course, you can also send the quote basket to our sales department. You can do this by clicking on 'Request a quote'. You will then receive a no-obligation quote from us by e-mail. You can convert this into an order later on.
How to use the quote basket:
- At the desired product, click 'Place in quote basket'. The product will be added to your quote list.
- Via 'continue shopping' (on the left-hand side of the screen), you can add other products to the quote basket until your list is complete.
- You always have direct access to your quote basket (quote symbol) in the top-right corner of your screen.
TIP: First, log in with your personal account.
This has the following advantages:
- Your quote list will be remembered in your account.
- Your details will be filled in automatically.
- Personal conditions will be applied immediately
5. When can I expect my delivery?
- For each product on the online store, there is an expected delivery date. You can find the exact delivery time in the final order confirmation. Most products are amply stocked.
- We will try to deliver everything in one go. If the delivery of certain products is unexpectedly delayed, we will contact you for an appropriate solution.
- If an order was shipped via DPD, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking code.
Missed the delivery?
DPD will make a second attempt to deliver. If this does not work, we will contact you for an amended appointment.
6. I forgot my password. Now what?
First, please check that you did not make any typing errors when entering the e-mail address and password. If you still cannot log in, please request a new password.
To do this, go to the login screen (top right corner of your screen).
- Click on 'I forgot my password'.
- Enter your e-mail address and type the code displayed.
- You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.
Recommendation:
Choose a password of at least 8 characters and preferably use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters. This will increase the security of your personal account.
7. How can I change my e-mail address or password?
First, log in with your old e-mail address and password. Then, in your account (in 'Your Profile'), you can change and save the e-mail address and/or password.
8. How can I view my personal conditions?
Personal arrangements you have made with us can be added to your account. Please contact the sales department for this.
9. Who can I contact with a complaint?
You can submit your complaint to us by e-mail to: [email protected]
Always state the following:
- Your customer number and your invoice number and the article number of the relevant product.
- A complete and clear description of the complaint.
- Send us one or more photos of your complaint.
Complaints must be submitted to us as soon as possible. This also applies to (visible) transport damage. In addition, we ask you to note the damage on the waybill upon receipt of the delivery.
Complaints will be answered within 14 days. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, you will be notified within 14 days of receipt with an estimated time when you can expect a response.
ERHARD Sport strives for customer satisfaction. We are also happy to discuss complaints with you so that we can find a suitable solution together. You can also submit your complaint to the disputes committee of the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

10. What about the privacy of my data?
Erhard Sport respects your privacy and will ensure that your data is treated with care. It will only be used to fulfil orders and assignments or to provide information requested. Data will only be provided to third parties if this is necessary to carry out the assignment.
You always have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data.

12. How are the shipping costs calculated?
Erhard Sport delivers throughout the EU, with the exception of the Netherlands and Belgium The following conditions apply to Germany: For all orders of at least € 200.00 excl. VAT / € 238.00 incl. VAT that we can deliver by parcel service, we do not charge shipping costs within Germany. For smaller orders you pay € 6.50 excl. VAT / € 7.74 incl. VAT. For large or heavy products that have to be delivered by a forwarding agent, we charge 10% of the value of the goods for shipping (minimum € 39.00 excl. VAT / € 46.41 incl. VAT).For Austria, France, Luxembourg, Denmark, Lichtenstein and Monaco the following conditions apply: For all orders that we can deliver by parcel service, we charge € 20.00 excl. VAT / € 23.80 incl. VAT shipping costs. For large or heavy products that have to be delivered by a forwarding agent, we charge 15% of the value of the goods for shipping (minimum € 39.00 excl. VAT / € 46.41 incl. VAT).
For other countries; BG, HR, CY, CZ, EE, FI, HU, IE, IT, LV, LT, MT, PL, PT, RO, SK, SI, ES, SE and GR the following conditions apply: For all orders that we can deliver by parcel service, we charge € 45.00 excl. VAT / € 53.55 incl. VAT. shipping costs. For large or heavy products that have to be delivered by a forwarding agent, we charge 15% of the value of the goods for shipping (minimum € 45.00 excl. VAT / € 53.55 incl. VAT).
