Information

Specially designed to make the transition from mushroom to pommel horse an easier one. The slanting position is ideal for learning e.g. the flanks. The horizontal position is ideal for all standard exercises. Due to the special shape of the covering of the trunk, the peak forces on the joints are being reduced. The bench has 4 feet that can easily be changed in height from 50 to 65 cm in 3 steps. The feet have rubber hoofs. Excluding pommels or pads. At a later stage pommels or pads can be applied. This way the degree of difficulty can be increased step by step and adjusted to the individual gymnast. The length is chosen for optimal training of Magyars. The width of 45 cm makes finding the right position of the back easier.
